A Norwalk man is charged with making a fake insurance claim on a diamond ring, according to police.
Duke Quarshie faces one count of insurance fraud.
Investigators in New Jersey say he received $27,000 for a 2016 claim for a diamond ring.
He allegedly made the same claim again in June of last year.
Quarshie is due in court on Dec. 7.
