A Norwalk man is facing charges for allegedly leading police on a chase up I-95.
Fairfield police say 35-year-old Nicholas Tarnowsky refused to stop for officers around 11:30 a.m. today, and instead drove onto the highway.
Investigators say they radioed Milford police, who were waiting for Tarnowsky near Exit 35 and boxed him in.
Police say he's being charged for refusing to stop, misusing a license plate and failure to obey officers.
