Three New York men are facing charges after Greenwich police discovered one of them, who did not have pants on, crashed into a stone wall.
Police say 24-year-old Chad Seegars was found on Byram Shore Road Friday night.
Investigators say he claimed he had just been robbed at gunpoint and the thief took his pants.
