Police: Person dead after jumping off overpass on Route 8 in Bridgeport
It happened a little before 10 p.m. Tuesday at the Chopsey Hill Road overpass near Exit 5.

16h agoA person is dead after they jumped off an overpass into traffic on Route 8 in Bridgeport.
It happened a little before 10 p.m. Tuesday at the Chopsey Hill Road overpass near Exit 5.
Police say the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Bridgeport and state police are investigating.
