Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened in Bridgeport Thursday evening.
Authorities say three people were shot in the courtyard of the Greene Homes public housing complex just before 7 p.m. Thursday.
Police say one person has died and the two other victims are in the hospital, one with a wound in the abdomen and the other a wound in the leg.
Police are investigating the scene and looking for the gunman who they say ran towards one of the nearby buildings.
