A Danbury and Bronx man were arrested after police say they dumped tires down an embankment in Trumbull.
Police say Jordan Malone, of Danbury, and Jamel Bracy, of the Bronx, were seen unloading tires from a box truck and throwing them down an embankment Friday night near the Home Depot on Monroe Turnpike Friday night.
Malone and Bracy are charged with littering and discharge without a permit.
Both men are expected in court on May 31.
