A pro returned to his roots in the Bronx this weekend as the Five Star Basketball camp got underway.
NJ Nets Head Coach Lawrence Frank spoke with the kids attending the camp and gave them some feedback. Frank got his start at the camp but not on the court. Instead he sold candy.
The Five Start camp is credited with shaping the careers of many NBA standouts including former Knick Patrick Ewing, Jamal Mashburn and Alonzo Mourning.
