Today, the Connecticut Department of Transportation will conduct its first in-person public hearing in New Haven regarding proposed changes to Metro-North lines.
A second in-person hearing is scheduled for tomorrow in Hartford.
The DOT intends to implement fare increases and service reductions on the New Haven, New Canaan and Danbury lines.
