A seal pup discovered wandering the streets of New Haven last week now has a name: Chappy.
The young seal, currently rehabilitating at Mystic Aquarium, earned its moniker through a public poll conducted by New Haven police.
"Chappy" won because the seal was found on Chapel Street.
