Residents in one Norwalk apartment complex are still without power after this weekend?s heavy rains.

An electrical contractor says he and others have been working since Tuesday at the South Main Street complex. However, he says it's not as simple as flipping a switch and turning the power back on.

Nearly four feet of water flooded the basement on Sunday. The electrical breakers are located in the basement, and the bottom row of breakers was almost completely submerged. The contractor says they had to get the water out and assess the damage before ordering and installing the replacement parts. Lastly, they need to get the electrical inspector?s OK.
