Neighbors say they are angry and frustrated after deadly gunfire erupted at a social club in Norwalk.
According to police, 33-year old Fulton Raines, of Enfield, was killed in a shootout in front of the William Moore Lodge. When police arrived, they say they found Raines dead in his car in the parking lot.
A sign on the door now reads that the club is closed until further notice. Neighbors say the social club is known for rowdy behavior, and people blocking the street and driveways.
Police are still investigating but they are asking the public for help. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 203-854-3051.
