The only light show in Fairfield County, featuring over 2.5 million lights, is being held at the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater in Bridgeport through Christmas.

The Holiday Lights Spectacular was designed with holiday lights in mind - for example, the gates and electric are specifically manufactured just for the lights.

Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater says that the light show was designed by a firm in Las Vegas. Howard Saffan, the theater's president, says the amphitheater is huge - allowing for attractions such as an enchanted forest, dancing Christmas trees and much more.

Saffan says the show is an economic driver in Bridgeport. The holiday lights spectacular runs through Jan. 2.
