The town of Roxbury was once a center of the Industrial Revolution.
Now, its 19th century train station and cigar factory are home to Mine Hill Distillery — where spirits are distilled in the age-old process - while keeping true to their Connecticut roots.
The 1872 Roxbury train station is undergoing a restoration and will be used as a café and event space. They hope to open later this Fall.
