Santa Claus was in Norwalk on Sunday, just in time for Christmas in July – all while collecting food donations outside Cranbury Market.
On Saturday, Santa was able to collect more than three tables full of food from people who stopped by the market or dropped off an item after shopping.
All of the food collected is donated to three local food pantries who will distribute it to families in need.
They're hoping they can spread some holiday spirit while raise awareness for those in need, especially those impacted by food insecurity during the pandemic.
Santa will collect more donations this week at Walmart on Main Avenue in Norwalk.
