Time for our final scholar athlete of the school year. And she's an extremely talented young woman with a very bright future ahead of her. A bomb at the foreign high school girls lacrosse team just finished a tremendous season. They made it to the state playoffs and won a play in game. Dietel Baum has over 100 goals for her lacrosse career and she's only a sophomore and she's this week's news. 12 Connecticut scholar athlete presented by Colonial Toyota. Personally, I look up to people that have good grades and that are good at sports and that's just what that's my goal to do. Just be good in school and on the field, my message to younger athletes is to never give up, always keep trying. It's not going to work out the first time. That was like me. Like I was never, I was never this good at my sports. Like I've always had to keep trying and yeah, and she's also a volleyball and basketball player at foreign high school.
