Swim Across the Sound moves to Connecticut

Stratford High School's Lauren Ogrodowicz  is this week's News 12 Connecticut Scholar Athlete, presented by Colonial Toyota.

Ogrodowicz plays three sports for the Red Devils basketball, cross country and she's a two-time all-state golfer.

She is also a member of the National Honor society and the Science Honor society.

Recently, Stratford High School girls' basketball held its third annual Hoops for Hearing game where they raised money for programs supporting de0af awareness in the community.
