Connecticut school districts have the choice of remote learning or a traditional snow day as Wednesday is expected to see wintry weather.
Bridgeport school Superintendent Michael Testani says if the weather outside is frightful, his teachers will be at home Thursday - just like their students.
This fall, the state Department of Education left it up to districts whether inclement weather meant remote learning or a snow day.
Bridgeport students may get more chances at a day off once the district gets back to in-person learning next year.
Testani says bad weather days in 2021 should look a lot more like the snow days you remember.
