A second suspect has been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting in Bridgeport, police say.

A second suspect has been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting in Bridgeport, police say.
James Howard, 29, of Bridgeport, was arrested and charged with felony murder and robbery.
Police say Howard was involved in the robbery and homicide of Troy Walker on Aug. 13, 2022, on Knowlton Street.
Police say two other people were also shot.
Investigators say the arrest is the second one made in the case, and they expect to arrest one more suspect.
