Sen. Richard Blumenthal is calling for an aggressive information campaign as the long-awaited COVID-19 vaccine is being shipped out starting Sunday.
He believes that in order for the pandemic to end, people nationwide need to be shown why the vaccine is needed.
Blumenthal is also pushing for legislation that could help pay for ultra-cold freezers necessary to store the vaccine.
