Bridgeport police urge drivers to be cautious as summer approaches
9ds agoA senior citizen was taken to the hospital after a car struck her in a hit-and-run incident in Bridgeport.
It happened shortly before 10 a.m. Wednesday near Ellsworth Street and Fairfield Avenue.
Officials say the driver fled the scene.
The woman's injuries are not considered life-threatening.
