Shoppers head to stores to return, exchange unwanted presents

People are heading back out to the stores this week to return or exchange unwanted gifts.
The National Retail Federation estimates sales in November and December could reach $860 billion, up 11.5% over last year's holiday shopping season. The organization also says, however, that retailers expect 13% of holiday sales to be returned.
News 12's Marissa Alter checked out the crowds at the SoNo Collection in Norwalk and on Main Street in downtown Westport to catch up with shoppers.
