People are heading back out to the stores this week to return or exchange unwanted gifts.
The National Retail Federation estimates sales in November and December could reach $860 billion, up 11.5% over last year's holiday shopping season. The organization also says, however, that retailers expect 13% of holiday sales to be returned.
