An elevator in a Bronx building hasn't been working for months and tenants say they're fed up.
The Department of Buildings says it received five complaints and issued one violation in August about the elevator problem at 1694 Davidson Avenue. The building?s management company says it is working on fixing the elevator but must wait for replacement parts to arrive.
