Seaside Park in Bridgeport will host one of the area's biggest annual draws this weekend, with the Soundside Music Festival.
The event is expected to have an estimated 30,000 fans both Saturday and Sunday.
Formerly known as Sound on Sound, the festival was thrown a last-minute curveball when the Foo Fighters, who were supposed to headline on Sunday, pulled out.
Organizers were able to quickly replace them with both Jack White and Great Van Fleet.
"With music festivals, the lineups are always subject to change, you never know what's going to happen, but we went out and we found two incredible acts that can play in the Foo Fighters stead," says Soundside co-founder Tom Russell.
The rest of the lineup will feature well-known acts, such as the Goo Goo Dolls, Teddy Swims, Norah Jones, Noah Kahan and Boys II Men.
Multiple street closures are traffic adjustments will also impact the area - and organizers recommend taking either mass transit or using a rideshare program if possible.
As far as the fan experience, Russll says they plan to have the exact same set-up as last year in terms of stage set-up, layout and vendors.
Russell tells News 12 their post festival survey gave the logistics great reviews and "we've been doing this for three years now and we've been able to work through the kinks, and every year has been better than the previous one, and I have no doubt that this year will just continue on that path."
While general admission tickets are sold out for Saturday, there are a limited number of VIP tickets left.
A small amount of every type of ticket, including general admission, is still available for Sunday.
