(02/08/06) SOUTH NORWALK ? Business owners in South Norwalk say they have concerns about safety after a man was arrested for shooting a gun in the air Sunday morning.

While South Norwalk has proven to be an extremely popular location for socializing on the weekends, some merchants feel the area?s popularity may also be one of its problems. Business owners say individuals gather from all over, loiter, harass customers and cause problems.

Some business owners say they would be willing to pay an extra business tax to increase police presence in the area.
