The Southbury Animal Control and the Southbury police are looking to identify the owner of a vehicle used to abandon and tie a German Shepherd on North George’s Hill Road.
Officials said it happened at around 7:40 a.m. on Thursday.
They say the dog was dropped off and tied to a fence at the entrance of Willow Creek Horse Farm.
Officials say the vehicle appears to be an early to mid-2000s Chevy Tahoe.
