Students and staff at Stamford High School celebrated stand-out performances in athletics, art and academics.
It's the school's annual Knight of Excellence awards show.
It's modeled after the ESPYS, Oscars and Grammys.
Students are nominated by staff and advisors for awards like, Best Stand Out Performance of the Year, and Best Comeback.
Stamford High's principal says the ceremony gives the school a chance to recognize students' hard work.
"You don't always see the work that goes into what these kids do, you only see the results, a victory or a theater award, they don't see the rehearsals, they don't see the hours of revising or the hours of dedication these kids put in," said Stamford High School principal Matt Forker.
Thursday night also included a student art show and musical performances.
