? Mangers at a Stamford nightclub turned themselves into police Wednesday in connection with a patron dying in a single-car accident.
Club Mor managers Constantine Plagos and Anthony DiMartino face several charges. They include selling alcohol with an expired license, selling to minors and selling alcohol to visibly intoxicated patrons. Investigators say 21-year-old Joseph Nunn had just left Club Mor when he crashed his car into a pole and died in December. Nunn?s three underage passengers, who police say were also drinking, were injured in the accident.
Police raided Club Mor several times in the past, however it remains open. Managers say they have made several changes at the establishment.
