Stamford police are hunting for members of two burglary crews made up of teenagers they call hardened criminals.

The crews have hit at least a dozen homes in Stamford and one in Greenwich, stealing tens of thousands of dollars in goods. Authorities say despite only ranging from 13 to 21 in age, the two groups are sophisticated thieves.

Detectives have made one arrest so far. More are expected.
