Stamford school holds Veterans Day prayer service to thank to those who served
After the prayer service, the entire school gathered to sing the national anthem and students raised the American flag in honor of the veterans.

6h agoIt's Veterans Day Wednesday, but one local school believes it's never too early to say thanks to those who served.
The Catholic Academy of Stamford had a Veterans Day prayer service Tuesday.
After the prayer service, the entire school gathered to sing the national anthem and students raised the American flag in honor of the veterans.
Students also painted stones they placed at the base of the flag, in honor of veterans they know personally or from their history textbooks.
