State police are investigating a phoned in bomb threat that forced the evacuation of the Stamford Superior Courthouse Monday.According to police, the call came in between 9:15 and 9:30 a.m. Emergency Services including the K-9 Unit searched the building for possible explosives and blocked off three downtown streets.
The courthouse was re-opened before lunchtime. State police are now trying to trace the call and they say the person who made the threat will face criminal charges.
