BRIEFING UPDATES:

-Gov. Ned Lamont says they are thinking college students should quarantine for two weeks before coming back to Connecticut for break to keep their families safe.
-Lamont says he is working with regional states to update the travel advisory. He says they are looking at changing the metrics to determine the states under advisory and are looking to finalize it in the next few days.
