-71,905 tests administered; 1,191 came back positive (1.7% positivity rate)
-195 patients are hospitalized (increase of 11)
-There were 12 COVID-related deaths
-CT has done 2 million coronavirus tests
-The state has issued 45 fines for those who have traveled from a hot spot and have not quarantined or received a negative test result.
-Gov. Ned Lamont says they are thinking college students should quarantine for two weeks before coming back to Connecticut for break to keep their families safe.
-Lamont says he is working with regional states to update the travel advisory. He says they are looking at changing the metrics to determine the states under advisory and are looking to finalize it in the next few days.
