The Partnership for Strong Communities and the Fairfield County Center for Housing Opportunity hosted the conversation at Pine Tree Apartments.
Those high-end apartments are a successful model for the state's re-capitalizing, re-positioning and maximizing the state's affordable housing portfolio.
There are also apartments dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness or the risk of homelessness.
