One woman has been killed and three teens injured in a head-on crash in New Fairfield, Connecticut State Police say.

The crash happened on Ball Pond Road at around 9:30 p.m. Monday, police say.

The driver in one car was killed and the teen driver and two teen passengers of another car sustained minor injuries.

The woman who died has been identified as Diane Staab of Mahopac, New York. She was 62 years old.
