Chief’s Quick Tip: Cauliflower Rice
Directions
Grate or shave the cauliflower
Hot pan, add butter & Olive oil
Saute for 2 minutes
Add golden raisins and pine nuts
Squeeze of lemon
Salt and pepper
Fresh thyme or any herb you like
Plate and finish with crunchy garlicky bread crumbs
