Pork Dumplings 
16 oz ground pork
1 teaspoon fried shallot
6 oz scallion
2 oz fresh ginger
 4 oz soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 oz oyster sauce
