Arrest made in 2018 slaying at Bridgeport’s Sunny Side Inn

Glenn Pettway was arrested this morning in the 2018 death of Alfanso Anderson at the Sunny Side Inn.

Arrest made in 2018 slaying at Bridgeport’s Sunny Side Inn
Police in Bridgeport made an arrest today in a killing that happened almost a year ago.
Glenn Pettway was arrested this morning and is being held on $1 million bond.

Police say Pettway killed Alfanso Anderson at the Sunny Side Inn on Lake Street last February, while trying to collect a debt.

Anderson appears to be an innocent victim who was mistakenly identified as the man who owed the debt, according to authorities.
Pettway is facing several charges, including felony murder.
