Police arrest man accused of trying to sell drugs in school zone
A man in Torrington was arrested for allegedly trying to sell crack and heroin in a school zone.
Police found 32 grams of cocaine, 3.5 grams of crack and 67 bags of heroin during the search of a home on Hoffman Street. The drugs were all ready for distribution.
Authorities arrested 33-year-old Juan Quinones.
