Chef's Quick Tip: Veal Chop Parmesan
Chef Dennis from Tony's at J House in Greenwich shows Tina Redwine how to make Veal Chop Parmesan.
Veal Chop Parmesan
Ingredients 
2 cups of tomato sauce
14 oz veal chop
3 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 ½ cups of panko
½  pound of fresh mozzarella
 
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Pound out veal chop a little less the paper thin, then whip eggs. Then you are going to bread the veal chop starting with flour, egg and then bread crumb. You are going to heat up a large sautéed pan with oil, then fry veal chop on both sides. Place veal chop on sheet pan, top it with tomato sauce and then the fresh mozzarella, and then finish in oven for about 25 minutes.
