Jasmine Rice with Chicken Bone Broth
Ingredients:
1 cup medium grain Jasmine Rice
2 cups of Nit Noi Chicken Bone Broth
Method:
Rinse 1 cup Jasmine rice in a bowl or pot with several changes of cold water until
the water runs clear. Combine rice and 2 cups of chicken bone broth in a medium
size pot (or rice cooker). Bring to a boil, cover pot with a tight-fitting lid and reduce
heat to low. Cook rice, without uncovering the lid for 15 minutes. Remove pan from
heat. Let stand for 15 minutes. Uncover and fluff cooked rice with a fork or rice
paddle.
