Fitness Face-Off: Yoga workouts

Yoga has been voted among the best workouts by News 12 Connecticut viewers.
So News 12 headed to Connecticut Power Yoga to see what it’s all about. This Stamford studio offers hot yoga classes by using infrared heat which heats the studio between 90 and 95 degrees.
The heat helps with circulation, digestion and opening up the muscles.
The studio's owner says yoga offers people a space to breathe, mediate and clear their minds along with getting a physical workout.
