One of the winner's in News 12's Fitness Face-off is Country Fusion in Ledgewood.

It's not just a class that features country music, but a number of different songs to get you in line for a good workout.

Country Fusion is a line-dance fitness. The fusion is a mix of non-country dances and songs, such as Latin, hip-hop, and belly dance.

Founder Elizabeth Mooney became a single mom at five months pregnant and was building her fitness brand.  She created Country Fusion four years ago when she moved to New Jersey.
