An old-school pizza shop in Schuylerville is sharing its secret to being around for the last six decades.

Owners says it is all about keeping it simple at Louie & Ernie’s.

"We're just a pizza calzone shop with a very limited menu. No deliveries, a lot of sit down eating. Thin pizza is our specialty,” says Cosimo Tiso.

The Schuylerville shop is celebrating more than 60 years feeding the community.

"Each pizzeria's different. So, a person just might come to the store for sausage pizza, but might go somewhere else for something they might carry, but simplicity is what people have come to know us for,” says Tiso.

Owners say that is what they plan to do for the generations to come.
