The signs of spring training are starting to pop up in Port St. Lucie thanks to a sighting of Thor.
Noah Syndergaard was spotted with his muscles popping at the Mets' spring training facility. He says he likes what he sees when he looks around at his team.
"Awesome feeling, all these guys reporting in early, just the brotherhood we all have and the drive to ultimately win a championship this year," says Syndergaard.
Syndergaard set career-highs in innings pitched with 197.2 last season. According to a news release, Syndergaard's average fastball velocity was tops among MLB starting pitchers last season.
