A former Long Island teacher is facing a sex abuse lawsuit under New York's Child Victims Act.
According to state court documents, the now 58-year-old accuser claims she was raped by her middle school music teacher, Eugene Senzer.
At the time, documents reveal Senzer was a teacher in the Harborfields Central School District in Greenlawn.
Court papers detail how the victim describes years of alleged sexual abuse by Senzer from seventh grade through 10th grade, citing several sexual advances, inappropriate touching and exposing her to child pornography.
The district says it cannot comment on matters of litigation.
