A Fairfield bakery has the perfect recipe for families looking to keep their children busy at home.
Alina's Cakes and Cookies closed its doors two weeks ago as dozens of customers canceled their events. However, the business still found a way to keep customers and employees busy by creating DIY cake decorating kits.
The kits contain prepackaged cookies, cakes, icings and toppings that families can take home to assemble with their kids.
The bakery's owner says she is determined to bring joy to families and their children during tough times.
