A new study is revealing that long COVID could have an impact on the brain.
The New England Journal of Medicine looked at over 140,000 adults who did an online cognitive assessment in 2022.
The study found those who had COVID symptoms and recovered lost about three IQ points compared to people who have never had it.
Those who had symptoms for 12 weeks or more lost six points.
