Road crews in Stamford had their hands full Friday after a tanker overturned and spilled 2,000 gallons of home heating oil onto Chestnut Hill Road.
Officials believe the driver took a curve too fast, causing the truck to tip. Crews were able to clean up all but 100 gallons of the spilled oil, which they say flowed into a nearby brook.
Officials say there is no environmental damage and no health risk to residents.
