A teen is facing charges after police say he fired a gun at a group of people outside a home in Stamford.
It happened Sunday night on Henry Street.
Police say Andre Russell, 18, was arrested right after the shooting was reported.
Investigators believe Russell fired a gun at least five times.
They say two of the bullets hit a house and came within 10 feet of two children on the porch.
