Friday’s storm has left thousands of Eversource customers across the state without electricity.
With such high demand for assistance, Eversource is bringing in hundreds of crews from around the county and even Canada to work alongside them.
Some Stamford residents say have been living without electricity for over 36 hours.
"I’m sleeping with three coats on, two pairs of sweatpants on, two pairs of socks on, a hat on and putting 5 quilts on the bed to try and stay warm,” said one Tanglewood Lane homeowner.
Eversource told News 12 they hope to have Tanglewood Lane's power restored by Sunday morning.
Neighbors also say they are constantly dealing with outages and have asked the city for help to remove trees.
News 12 also reached out to the City of Stamford for comment and are still waiting to hear back.
