It will be less harsh but still cold for this time of year Tuesday.
News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Steve Teeling says highs will be near 40 degrees, but wind chills will be in the 20s and 30s at times.
Teeling says Wednesday afternoon could see a little light rain mixed with sleet. Thursday and Friday look much warmer but with rain showers both days.

TUESDAY: Mostly sunny, windy and cold. High of 40. Wind chills in the 20s and 30s.
WEDNESDAY: Cloudy with a slight chance of rain mixed with sleet in the afternoon. High of 47.

FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers. High of 54.
